Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry for the company to expand operations. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s services. Review and select the most efficient and profitable logistics provider to be used for shipments. Expand the company’s client network and existing contracts to maximize work and profit. Conduct introductory calls with prospective clients to introduce the company’s services. Oversee business operations and implement strategies and policies to increase revenue. Coordinate with the marketing and finance team to create a road map for short- and long-term goals and effective promotional strategies.
